Classic Caesar Salad

Ingredients
| 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise |
| 2 Tsp Anchovy paste |
| 1/2 Tsp garlic - minced |
| 2 Tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper |
| 2 heads Romaine lettuce - cleaned and cut |
| 3/4 Cup croutons |
| 1/2 Cup fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese |
Combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper in a large bowl, and
mix well. Add chopped romaine lettuce, croutons and toss until well coated.
Divide salad onto 4 plates and top with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
This salad can be topped with boneless chicken white meat and served as an entree if
desired.
